Q: What does Select-O-Hits do?
A: Select-O-Hits is an Independent Distributor of music and video product. We are a wholesaler to the record retail industry. We also sell to various non-traditional retailers across the country. Select-O-Hits does not sell products directly to the consumer. For digital downloads, please visit your favorite site such as www.emusic.com and www.itunes.com. For physical product you can visit sites such as www.bluesonline.com and www.amazon.com.
Q: I am a label looking for distribution. What do I need to do to be considered for distribution by Select-O-Hits?
A: To submit product for distribution, please send the following items together in one package:

Q: I am a retailer and would like to open an account with Select-O-Hits. What do I need to do?
A: E-mail newaccounts@selectohits.com or call 901.388.1190 to obtain a credit application. Fill out the application completely with the appropriate references and submit to Select-O-Hits. We will notify you if approved.
Q: What happens after I have an account with Select-O-Hits?
A: Your account will be assigned to a member of our sales team who will be your liaison for all inquiries and ordering. You will also be added to our monthly new release mailing. As long as you remain in good credit standing, you will be able to order product.
Q: Do we have a catalogue that we can send out to accounts and/or the general public?
A: Our catalogue is available on line at www.selectohits.com.
Q: Do we offer discounts for buying music in bulk?
A: We do not offer any special discounts for buying in bulk. However, we do run monthly restocking deals that usually run for a week on specific labels and catalogue numbers. The dates for these are provided in our new release books that are issued twice a month to accounts. We do sell overstock product from time to time. Please visit our “overstock for sale” link on our site for further information.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: The minimum order amount is $200.00 of in-stock product for pre-paid freight.
Q: If I have a record but not a label and want to be considered for distribution thru your company, what do I need to do?
A: Please mail two copies of your completed CD along with a complete artist biography to:
